The suspects were identified as:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cynthia Raygoza, 37, of Riverside.<\/li>\n<li>Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado.<\/li>\n<li>Sandra Carmona Samane, 25, of Panorama City.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Brown and Samane have been arrested on federal criminal complaints. Brown, who also is charged in a separate case with assault on a federal officer, is in federal custody without bond. Samane is free on $5,000 bond. Their arraignments are scheduled for September 30 and October 9, respectively. Law enforcement is continuing its search for a fourth suspect. <\/p>\n<p>The women, according to a federal indictment, followed an ICE agent as he left patrol duties in DTLA near the Civic Center to \u201chis personal residence.\u201d Along the way, prosecutors say, the women \u201cprovided directions as they followed the victim home, encouraging their viewers to share the livestream,\u201d prosecutors say. Their Instagram accounts used to livestream the event were \u201cice_out_of_la,\u201d \u201cdefendmesoamericanculture,\u201d and \u201ccorn_maiden_design.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Outside the home, the suspects continued to taunt him, prosecutors say, yelling to bystanders while livestreaming on Instagram that their \u201cneighbor is ICE,\u201d \u201cla migra lives here,\u201d and \u201cICE lives on your street and you should know.\u201d They also urged followers to \u201ccome on down\u201d to the agent\u2019s home, prosecutors say.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur brave federal agents put their lives on the line every day to keep our nation safe,\u201d said Acting United States Attorney Bill Essayli. \u201cThe conduct of these defendants are deeply offensive to law enforcement officers and their families.
