Former Manhattan financier Howard Rubin wined and dined a \u201crevolving door\u201d of blonde, buxom babes at an eatery near the penthouse apartment off Central Park where he allegedly abused women in BDSM sessions in his penthouse\u2019s sex dungeon, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n
The sadist ex-George Soros exec, who was busted on sex trafficking charges Friday, was at the restaurant \u201cat least once a week if not more,\u201d the restaurant manager told The Post.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe always had a big group of women with him,\u201d the longtime employee said. <\/p>\n
\u201cThey all had a distinctive look. It seemed like he paid for their boobs, butts and faces\u2026 They were all blond,\u201d she said. \u201cThe women were like a revolving door.\u201d<\/p>\n
Rubin\u2019s assistant Jennifer Powers was also charged with sex trafficking and faces 15 years in prison. WireImage<\/p>\n
The restaurant is near the Metropolitan Tower on West 57th Street where Rubin would allegedly restrain, beat and shock Playboy models and other women with electricity in a torture chamber inside an $18,000-a-month pad, according to prosecutors who busted him at his Fairfield, Conn., home.<\/p>\n
The former money manager known as \u201cHowie\u201d is accused of luring \u201cdozens\u201d of women to the Big Apple between 2009 and 2019, according to the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
Rubin wrote about the sexual encounters in texts with his personal assistant, Jennifer Powers, who is also facing sex trafficking charges tied to the scheme, prosecutors alleged.<\/p>\n

Rubin is also facing an ongoing Brooklyn Federal Court lawsuit from several victims which was first filed in 2017. Emma Hopper, a model from Atlanta, is among the women involved in the case.<\/p>\n

The restaurant employee described Rubin as \u201cslimy\u201d and said that former hostesses from the eatery have been reaching out since the regular\u2019s arrest.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cHis bills were very high,\u201d the employee recalled. \u201cAnd there was this older lady that would come, I assume she got him the girls, and when she was there, the bills were even higher.\u201d<\/p>\n
Rubin pleaded not guilty to the charges.
