Morning temperatures are expected to dip into the 60s, which is a welcome break from the typical average of 71 degrees for this time of year.<\/p>\n<p>Morning Lows (Copyright 2025 by KPRC Click2Houston &#8211; All rights reserved.)Low humidity<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Afternoon highs are forecast to reach the upper 80s to lower 90s, but low humidity should keep things feeling comfortable, whether you\u2019re heading out early or staying out all day. <\/p>\n<p>Sunny set up for Sunday<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\"><b>Tropical outlook: <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Hurricane Humberto is now a Category 5 hurricane. It is not impacting land, but because it is so strong, it is influencing soon-to-be Imelda. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Humberto will tug on Imelda, keeping the eye just off shore of the east coast. Don\u2019t let that fool you because Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia will still feel impacts. <\/p>\n<p>Is now  a category 5 storm<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Depression Number 9 (Soon to be Imelda): Continues to trigger Tropical storm watches and warnings for parts of the central and northwestern Bahamas and the east coast of Florida. Expect rainfall impacts across eastern Cuba, Hispaniola, and Jamaica. <\/p>\n<p>Does not make landfall in the United States, instead the storm is guided by Humberto and tugged slightly farther to the east but it will still bring impacts across the SE United States.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">We\u2019re monitoring potential flood risks and heavy rainfall from Florida, Georgia to the Carolinas early next week. As some of our coastal state like South Carolina have already declared a preemptive state of emergency.
