There, a utility truck hit seven cars that were parked in the area.<\/p>\n<p>In one instance, one of the vehicles had flipped onto its side.<\/p>\n<p>A witness said several people ran to hold the truck driver down, but he got up, ran to a bridge and fell into a concrete canal. The severity of his injuries in the fall was not clear.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear what caused the utility truck to hit the other vehicles.
