Houston is in for another stretch of sunny and pleasant weather!<\/p>\n
Rain chances also remain at zero to start the week, with mornings staying cool and humidity on the lower side. <\/p>\n
Monday\u2019s Forecast:<\/b><\/p>\n
Monday is expected to kick off with clear skies and temperatures in the upper 60s at 7 a.m., warming up to the upper 80s by 3 p.m. <\/p>\n
The trend of warm afternoons and crisp mornings is forecast to continue at least through the first half of this week. <\/p>\n
Cool morning, warm afternoon<\/p>\n
As we move toward October, there might be a slight uptick in dew point temperatures as some coastal moisture builds in, leading to the chance of a few hit-and-miss showers late next week.<\/p>\n
For now, though, most days should remain dry with highs sitting in the upper 80s and low 90s. These temperatures are an improvement compared to earlier in the month and last month.<\/p>\n
Fire Risk<\/b><\/p>\n
Something to keep in mind with the lack of rain is we are pretty dry, elevating fire risk. <\/p>\n
Rain chances gradually increase later this week for coastal areas. While we all enjoy the sunshine, avoid activities that could spark wildfires.<\/p>\n
