She previously visited Studio 8G for interviews in 2014 and 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThis will be Swift\u2019s second late-night appearance following the release of \u201cShowgirl,\u201d as it was previously announced that she\u2019ll return to \u201cThe Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon\u201d on Oct. 6. That episode will also feature guest Keri Russell and a musical performance by the Format.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tSwift is currently gearing up for the release of her 12th studio album \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl,\u201d which she announced on the \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast in August. For the project, she reteamed with Max Martin and Shellback on the set\u2019s 12 tracks, stating that she did not record any additional songs for it. In the time since, she\u2019s rolled out a variety of variants, most recently with the Target-exclusive vinyl \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: The Crowd Is Your King.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tTo coincide with the album\u2019s release this Friday, Swift is staging \u201cThe Official Release Party of a Showgirl\u201d at theaters across the country. During the events, she will debut the music video for \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia\u201d as well as share behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot, lyric videos and personal reflections on the album.
