Even now, whilst the Rossoneri sit at the top of the Serie A table, the issue has not been put to bed. In fairness, though, there are a few reasons why this is the case.

Ultimately, it boils down to Santiago Gimenez’s situation in Rossoneri colours. The Mexican has one goal this season, against Lecce in the Coppa Italia last week. Even though it has not been a case of not trying, he has just struggled to hit the back of the net.

Then, Vlahovic’s situation will be discussed until his future has been resolved. What are the commission fees? What are the signing fees?

“The bottom line is that several teams are starting to explore this issue. Vlahovic will take his time to reflect and figure out his next professional step, but in the meantime, Bayern Munich has begun gathering information on Vlahovic.

“No offers, but the Bavarians have made some informative calls to inquire about the situation surrounding the Serbian striker, both contractually and financially.
