A set of incomplete skeletal remains, including a human skull, was recovered near a busy Queens strip mall Monday afternoon, just a week after city sanitation workers found a woman\u2019s torso in a trash bag during a cleanup in the same borough.<\/p>\n
A skull, hip bone and leg bone were found at 134-01 20th Ave. in College Point, according to a preliminary NYPD investigation.<\/p>\n
The site, just behind a chain link fence, is across from a sprawling parking lot lined with popular stores like ShopRite, Target, HomeGoods and TJ Maxx.<\/p>\n

NYPD officers spent Monday afternoon picking apart the scene alongside homicide squad detectives. <\/p>\n
No arrests have been made and the investigation is still ongoing, police said.<\/p>\n

The rest of her appendages and head were nowhere to be found.<\/p>\n
