Police said a witness reported a man and woman in a vehicle drove up to a group of children and repeatedly asked if they wanted candy. <\/p>\n<p>A parent then yelled at them to get away from the kids, at which point the driver sped off, authorities said. The vehicle was described as a white Jeep SUV, and the steering wheel had a Hello Kitty cover, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>A Hello Kitty sticker was also visible on the SUV&#8217;s gas tank cover.
