Moments later, he failed to navigate a turn and slammed into the side of a tattoo shop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The car smashed through a brick wall and ruptured water lines to the building, officials said.
