\n\tThe NHL\u2019s Los Angeles Kings will appear in \u201cYoungblood,\u201d the upcoming adaptation of the 1986 hockey drama film of the same name. Shooting at the Crypto.com area, home of the Kings, will begin in October.<\/p>\n
\n\tAccording to an official logline, \u201cYoungblood\u201d follows promising young hockey star Dean Youngblood, who \u201cwas raised by his father, Blane, on a diet of toughness and hockey. When Dean is invited to join the Hamilton Mustangs, he travels to Canada from Detroit where his skill commands respect and his arrogance earns him fast enemies.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tCast members include Ashton James (\u201cBoxcutter\u201d) as Dean Youngblood, Blair Underwood (\u201cLonglegs\u201d) as his father, Blane Youngblood, and Shawn Doyle (\u201cThe Expanse\u201d) as Coach Chadwick.<\/p>\n
