The deal brings 11 Madison to 92% leased. The asking rent was $90 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>San Francisco-based Pinterest is a \u00a0social media \u201cvisual discovery platform\u201d for product-scanning and ideas-sharing.\u00a0It was repped by a JLL team while \u00a0SL Green was repped by Newmark. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.49926794;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"36388021\" width=\"885\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/071924elevenmadison7CS.jpg\" alt=\"A general view of Eleven Madison Avenue in New York,\" class=\"wp-image-36388021\"  \/>Eleven Madison Avenue in New York, NY.
