Philly is way down the list at number 32.<\/p>\n
It may not be such a head-scratcher once you hear about the analysis.<\/p>\n
WalletHub collected data on the cost of groceries and the affordability and accessibility of high-quality restaurants and food festivals, per capita.<\/p>\n
Researchers were looking for cities that make delicious dining affordable for foodies who both enjoy dining out and who explore new flavors in their own kitchens.<\/p>\n
Miami, Florida is number one, followed by Portland, Oregon and San Francisco.<\/p>\n
