The versatile 6-foot-4, 323-pound blocker was a first-team All-American at Texas A&M and finalist for the Lombardi Award as the nation’s top lineman. He was particularly lauded for his physical run blocking.

Thrust into immediate action, Green started 14 games as a rookie but was Pro Football Focus’ lowest-graded guard in the league among those who played in at least 10 games.

Green’s second season was lost to a preseason shoulder injury. He returned last year to play in 12 games and make nine starts for Houston.

In March, the Texans traded Green and a fifth-round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson and a sixth-round pick.

Now the 24-year-old Green gets another chance in Baltimore, which had a spot open for a young, developmental guard. Seventh-round rookie Garrett Dellinger opted to sign with the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad and center/guard Nick Samac was signed off the Ravens’ practice squad by the Carolina Panthers.

The Ravens have signed guard Kenyon Green to their practice squad, giving the former first-round pick a chance…

[39
139351,139352,834,13880,10014,1232,14865,62,1650,67,132,68
0":"post-267388","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-nfl","8":"tag-2025-week-5","9":"tag-2025-week-5-news","10":"tag-general","11":"tag-homepage-centerpiece","12":"tag-inline-news","13":"tag-nfl","14":"tag-ryan-mink","15":"tag-sports","16":"tag-transactions","17":"tag-united-states","18":"tag-unitedstates","19":"tag-us
["GET
