{"id":268769,"date":"2025-10-01T09:04:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T09:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/268769\/"},"modified":"2025-10-01T09:04:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T09:04:09","slug":"houston-mls-enters-data-share-agreement-with-dfw-counterpart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/268769\/","title":{"rendered":"Houston MLS enters data share agreement with DFW counterpart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In addition to this new data share with NTREIS, HAR MLS has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/houston-san-antonio-austin-mls-data-sharing-agreement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">data share agreements <\/a>with Austin\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/austin-realtors-non-realtors-access-to-unlock-mls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Unlock MLS<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>and the <strong>San Antonio Board of Realtors\u2019<\/strong> (SABOR) MLS. Through these agreements HAR MLS\u2019s roughly 48,000 subscribers have access to more than 80% of all active listings across the Lone Star State.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHAR.com is now the only MLS in Texas that is partnered with three other MLSs, which provides our MLS subscribers with unmatched statewide coverage and opportunity,\u201d Mario Arraiga, the chairman of HAR.com\u2019s board, said in a statement. \u201cThese data shares reflect HAR.com\u2019s commitment to giving our subscribers a statewide reach and the resources they need to stay competitive and deliver exceptional service to their clients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the release, listings posted on NTREIS can be accessed by HAR MLS subscribers in the Matrix interface. HAR MLS subscribers are able to search for properties by city, Zip code, subdivision or through a map search.
