The 31-year-old man was taken to Temple University Hospital and pronounced dead, according to Small.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/homicide-kensington-ave-100125-frame-6108.jpg#.jpeg\" alt=\"homicide-kensington-ave-100125-frame-6108.jpg \" height=\"349\" width=\"620\" class=\" lazyload\"  loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                CBS News Philadelphia<\/p>\n<p>Small said investigators found 35 spent shell casings from an automatic rifle at the scene.
