href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2022\/04\/04\/inside-don-artemio-the-contemporary-mexican-restaurant-everyones-talking-about-in-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2022\/04\/04\/inside-don-artemio-the-contemporary-mexican-restaurant-everyones-talking-about-in-fort-worth\/\">Don Artemio<\/a> restaurant, pays tribute to Mexico\u2019s marine-rich cuisine with a contemporary approach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cJust like Mexican cuisine, whether salty, sweet, from the land or the sea, there are many different culinary touches in seafood as well,\u201d C\u00e1rdenas told The Dallas Morning News. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/dfw-sabores\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/dfw-sabores\/\">There are many culinary regions<\/a>, and they the cuisine of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/07\/15\/veracruz-paella-arroz-a-la-tumbada-authentic-mexican-food-dfw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/2024\/12\/06\/how-we-found-baja-style-mexican-food-in-d-fw\/\">Baja California<\/a>, which are among the states with the most abundant seafood dishes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cThe Mexican sea is an inexhaustible source of flavor and tradition,\u201d C\u00e1rdenas said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Dos Mares will be a casual restaurant created by chef Juan Ram\u00f3n C\u00e1rdenas and restaurateur Adri\u00e1n Burciaga, owners of Don Artemio, one of the most award-winning restaurants in Texas.
