Some builders push their imaginations by constructing large-scale projects such as cityscapes and castles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Some of those mind-blowing projects are coming to Fort Worth this weekend for <a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthreport.org\/event\/fort-worth-brick-convention\/2025-10-04\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the return of the Brick Convention at Dickies Arena<\/a>. Lego of your worries and immerse yourself in some creative displays.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Also, if you\u2019ve never tried Greek dishes before, there\u2019s a unique opportunity to sample Mediterranean delights at a Euless food festival. Find out more below!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthreport.org\/event\/fort-worth-brick-convention\/2025-10-04\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Lego of your worries, enjoy blockbuster displays<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event features shops, building activities and artist displays. Organizers will donate a portion of event proceeds to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.creationsforcharity.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Creations for Charity<\/strong><\/a>, an organization that gifts new Lego sets to children in need during the holidays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What:<\/strong> Fort Worth Brick Convention<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong> 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 4-5<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where<\/strong>: Simmons Bank Pavilion at Dickies Arena, 1911 Montgomery St., Fort Worth<\/p>\n<p><strong>Admission: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.universe.com\/events\/brick-convention-lego-fan-expo-fort-worth-tx-tickets-6FTWVK?unii-trigger-open=6FTWVK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>$15<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthreport.org\/event\/mid-cities-greek-foodfest\/2025-10-03\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sample delicious delights of the Mediterranean\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Take bites of pastichio and loukoumades while you enjoy traditional Greek dance performances. A health fair will be available from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. inside the YMCA. Be sure to bring your own blankets and lawn chairs. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What: <\/strong>16th Annual Harambee Festival<\/p>\n<p><strong>When: <\/strong>9 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where: <\/strong>William M. McDonald YMCA, 2701 Moresby St., Fort Worth<\/p>\n<p><strong>Admission: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarrantcountyharambee.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Free<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fortworthreport.org\/event\/hispanic-heritage-celebration-with-little-joe-y-la-familia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Dance to one of the biggest Tejano music bands in the state<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The concert will be headlined by five-time Grammy Award winner Little Joe y La Familia, one of the most popular Tejano bands. Salsa at the Gardens, Sam Houston Ballet Folklorico and Latin Express Band also will perform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What:<\/strong> Hispanic Heritage Celebration<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong> 5 p.m. Oct. 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where: <\/strong>Levitt Pavilion, 100 W.
