{"id":273344,"date":"2025-10-03T01:48:13","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T01:48:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/273344\/"},"modified":"2025-10-03T01:48:13","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T01:48:13","slug":"main-street-bridge-expected-to-be-fully-repaired-by-october-6-action-news-jax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/273344\/","title":{"rendered":"Main Street Bridge expected to be fully repaired by October 6 \u2013 Action News Jax"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 The Florida Department of Transportation announced that repairs on Jacksonville\u2019s Main Street Bridge will wrap up by Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">The bridge was left with damage to its electrical system after being hit by a boat on August 19, forcing it to remain locked in the down position.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">After the collision, FDOT said it awarded Seacoast, Inc. $2.1 million to fix the electrical issues.
