Here\u2019s what\u2019s happening:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tacos El Franc Heads to the Gaslamp<\/strong><br \/>San Diego taco lovers, get ready: one of Tijuana\u2019s most legendary taquerias is coming to the heart of downtown. Michelin-recognized<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tacoselfranc.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Tacos El Franc, <\/a>known for sizzling adobada and mesquite-grilled meats, will open its second U.S. location in the Gaslamp Quarter on Oct. 8 at 4 p.m. at 528 Fifth Ave. The new spot follows the success of its first U.S. location at Westfield Plaza Bonita in National City, which continues to see lines out the door. \u201cWe\u2019ve been blown away by the response to Tacos El Franc here in the U.S., and this new location is an exciting next step as we look towards expanding throughout California and into neighboring states,\u201d said Roberto Kelly, co-owner of Tacos El Franc USA. Specialty drinks include a Lychee Martini, Moonlight Espresso Martini, Beacons Old Fashioned, and a refreshing Temaki Punch, all priced around $15\u2013$16.
