The updated model with 825GB of internal SSD storage instead of 1TB recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/news\/789686\/sony-digital-ps5-slim-less-storage-europe\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">went on sale in Europe<\/a>, but now it\u2019s available to buy on the <a href=\"https:\/\/sonyps.prf.hn\/click\/camref:1101l5nbBL\/%5Bp_id:1011l394533%5D\/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fdirect.playstation.com%2Fen-us%2Fbuy-consoles%2Fplaystation5-digital-edition-console-825-gb\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">US PlayStation Direct website as well<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">The revised digital edition console, which Sony says is in the \u201cCFI-2100 model group \u2013 slim,\u201d still starts at $499.99, even with the reduced storage space.
