On Friday, October 3, the barbecue joint launched its first-ever app, complete with a loyalty rewards program.

According to a restaurant announcement, the app is now available on Google Play and the App Store. Downloading comes with an immediate perk — a free 32-ounce iced tea — just for registering.

From there, Bill Miller fans can start racking up points. The conversion is simple: spend a dollar, get one point redeemable at checkout in one of four tiers. If Millerheads (is that a thing?) want to order in-store, they can scan a QR code before paying.

100 points gets users a choice of a large tea, brownie portion, biscuit, or chop sandwich, 200 scores a garden salad, two-piece tenders, or crispy sandwich, 250 earns a regular plate, No. 7 combo, No. 2 combo, or breakfast plate. Plus, every guest gets a free brownie on their birthday.

Otherwise, the app works like Favor or Uber Eats, allowing customers to tailor each order with a choice of meats and sides. Both pick-up and delivery are supported.

Bill Miller has rolled out a number of innovations in 2025. In May, the company rolled out a new prototype restaurant at 14540 Potranco Rd. The outpost featured a state-of-the-art point of sale system, a double drive-thru, and a cleaner, contemporary look for the dining room.

The chain is also wrapping up construction on its new corporate headquarters at 5330 State Highway 15, which will include a double-decker kitchen and space for office staff. Ahead of the move, the company closed its 54-year-old flagship downtown restaurant in September.

The branding at Bill Miller Bar-B-Q might be retro, but the beloved San Antonio chain is entering the…

[5133
5229,9470,26874,62394,20494,83019,7202,7203,358,3187,67,586,132,5230,68,2969
0":"post-275615","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-san-antonio","8":"tag-america","9":"tag-apps","10":"tag-barbecue","11":"tag-bill-miller","12":"tag-chains","13":"tag-rewards","14":"tag-san-antonio","15":"tag-sanantonio","16":"tag-texas","17":"tag-tx","18":"tag-united-states","19":"tag-united-states-of-america","20":"tag-unitedstates","21":"tag-unitedstatesofamerica","22":"tag-us","23":"tag-usa
["GET
