Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Her remarks come two days after a Facebook post \u2014 since deleted \u2014 in which she said \u201cNO I won\u2019t be there. I am declining the RRHOF awards show.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kaye was set to be inducted in November in a class that also includes Joe Cocker, Chubby Checker and Cyndi Lauper.<\/p>\n<p>She said in her deleted post that she was \u201cturning it down because it wasn\u2019t something that reflects the work that Studio Musicians do and did in the golden era of the 1960s Recording Hits.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kaye\u2019s credits include the bass lines on Simon &amp; Garfunkel\u2019s \u201cHomeward Bound,\u201d the Beach Boys\u2019 \u201cGood Vibrations\u201d and the Monkees\u2019 \u201cI\u2019m a Believer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kaye was invited to be inducted with a class that includes Joe Cocker, Chubby Checker and Cyndi Lauper.
