In a September announcement, the company said the addition of Genesis strengthens its ability to deliver fast, consistent renovation projects at scale across the hospitality sector.\u00a0 Financial terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2006, Genesis has renovated more than 40,000 hotel rooms nationwide, based on the number of \u201chotel keys\u201d completed, according to Ameribrands. The Genesis website also notes that its leadership and core teams have worked together since 2003. <\/p>\n<p>Genesis specializes in occupied remodels\u2014projects completed while properties remain in operation\u2014with dedicated crews and a reputation for minimizing disruption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmeribrands\u2019 vision of excellence in execution aligns closely with our own,\u201d said Genesis CEO Matt Daniel in a statement. \u201cBy joining forces, we can serve more customers nationwide while preserving the culture and values that have fueled our success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The deal is part of Ameribrands\u2019 strategy to acquire founder-led businesses and build a nationwide platform capable of delivering speed, scale, and consistency across facilities projects. That strategy was emphasized by Ameribrands President and CEO Rodney Strickland in the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition is a natural extension of our mission to provide multi-site customers with a single-source partner that delivers speed, scale, and consistency across every project,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Ameribrands said Genesis will strengthen its ability to deliver fast-turn renovations with minimal disruption to hotel operations, citing the company\u2019s dedicated field crews and track record of execution.<\/p>\n<p>David Panton, chairman of Ameribrands, called the addition of Genesis a strong strategic fit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGenesis is an excellent example of the type of entrepreneurial, family-owned business we are proud to partner with,\u201d Panton said. \u201cGenesis brings key resources and infrastructure that shore up the robustness of our platform, making it a strategic next step in our rapid growth journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The transaction was completed in partnership with Little River Partners, a private investment firm. In the release, Little River Managing Partner Tristan Wynn said his team was drawn to Ameribrands\u2019 integration experience and long-term growth plans.<\/p>\n<p>Genesis is Ameribrands\u2019 second acquisition in 2025<\/p>\n<p>Ameribrands was formed in 2023 to acquire complementary businesses in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality sectors. Genesis is its second acquisition this year. In March 2024, Ameribrands acquired Allied Stainless, a supplier of stainless-steel food service equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Its portfolio also includes Ameritech Facility Services, which handles nationwide equipment rollouts and remodels; Access Pro Supply, a distributor of bathroom fixtures; and Adaptive Construction Management, which provides staffing services to corporate clients.<\/p>\n<p>The company said it continues to seek partnerships with regional operators and business owners looking to scale while maintaining their legacy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe deep M&amp;A experience and proven integration background of the Ameribrands team made working together a natural fit.
