Playing into the Valley\u2019s robust golf and tourism sectors, a suites-only hospitality resort is set to open next to one of the Scottsdale\u2019s most famous golf courses in the first quarter of next year.<\/p>\n

Scottsdale Golf Retreat at Troon North, a 26-suite property, is under construction and is expected to open in \u201cearly 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

The property is located on 2.7-acre parcel just west of the Troon North clubhouse. Scottsdale Golf Retreat features eight one- and two-story buildings with sleek and modern architecture that blends into the surrounding desert environment.<\/p>\n

The Retreat will include 20 four-bedroom, four-bath en-suite suites, and six two-bedroom, two-bath ensuite rooms. The four-bedroom villas will be 1,615 square feet and the two-bedrooms will be 700 square feet.<\/p>\n

Other resort amenities will include a centralized guest lounge with media center, meeting\/dining space, a 650-square-foot pool, an in-ground spa, an outdoor kitchen for grilling and two fire features.<\/p>\n
