Elon Musk<\/a> has called on his X followers to cancel their Netflix<\/a> subscriptions over a Transformers cartoon.<\/p>\n Earlier this week, the\u00a0Tesla<\/a>\u00a0boss and\u00a0X<\/a>\u00a0owner became the world\u2019s first ever person to reach a net worth of more than $500 billion (\u00a3372.5billion).<\/p>\n The 54-year-old saw the value of his businesses rise to \u00a3370.9 billion, the Forbes\u2019 billionaires index reported.<\/p>\n This further cemented his status as the world\u2019s richest person, with most of his wealth tied closely to his 12% stake in Tesla.<\/p>\n Now, however, the 54-year-old Tesla and SpaceX<\/a> business owner has taken aim at a new Netflix cartoon.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tGet personalised updates on all things Netflix\t\t\t<\/p>\n Wake up to find news on your TV shows in your inbox every morning with Metro\u2019s TV Newsletter.<\/p>\n Sign up to our newsletter<\/a> and then select your show in the link we\u2019ll send you so we can get TV news tailored to you.<\/p>\n Taking to social media, Musk claimed that Transformers Earthspeak is \u2018pushing a woke gender<\/a> identity propaganda\u2019.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t Musk responded to a clip posted by the account \u2018Libs of TikTok\u2019 showing a robot speaking to a non-binary child about people who \u2018aren\u2019t female or male\u2019.<\/p>\n The robot replies: \u2018What a wonderful word for a wonderful experience.\u2019<\/p>\n In another clip, the robot \u2013 named Nightshade \u2013 can be seen being referred to as \u2018they\/them\u2019 by the child and saying: \u2018He\/she. just doesn\u2019t fit who I am.\u2019<\/p>\n In addition, Optimus Prime \u2013 the main Transformers character \u2013 apologises for referring to another character by their wrong pronouns.<\/p>\n Commenting on X, Musk re-shared a post by Father Ted creator Graham Linehan<\/a>, who said he had cancelled his Netflix account, writing \u2018Cancel Netflix\u2019.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t This comes after Lineham arrived at court last month <\/a>after being accused of harassing a transgender woman just days after his arrest over social media posts, relating to a separate incident.<\/p>\n The 57-year-old\u00a0comedy<\/a>\u00a0writer, behind major shows such as Father Ted and IT Crowd, was met by police after he arrived at\u00a0Heathrow<\/a>\u00a0where he was arrested on \u2018suspicion of inciting violence\u2019 for\u00a0multiple posts made on X earlier<\/a>\u00a0this year taking aim at the transgender community.<\/p>\n He has denied harassing trans woman Sophia Brooks as well as another charge accusing him of damaging her phone.<\/p>\n The criminal damages claim details that he allegedly damaged her \u00a3369 mobile phone at the Battle of Ideas conference on October 19 \u2013 an annual event hosting public debates across a wide range of issues.<\/p>\n He has also been accused of harassing Brooks with alleged \u2018abusive comments\u2019 on social media in the days before and after the conference between the dates October 11 and October 27, 2024.<\/p>\n Got a story?<\/strong><\/p>\n If you\u2019ve got a celebrity story, video or pictures get in touch with the Metro.co.uk<\/a> entertainment team by emailing us celebtips@metro.co.uk, calling 020 3615 2145 or by visiting our Submit Stuff<\/a> page \u2013 we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n Arrow Arrow Arrow![\"12082173](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/SEI_155905470-f634.jpg\")
