There are also views of the brewing process and its 19 tanks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFormation Brewing is more than a place to grab a pint; it\u2019s a place to connect,\u201d CEO Eric Foster said. \u201cWe\u2019ve poured intention into every detail, and we\u2019re proud to share this space with the Roosevelt Row community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The brewery program is led by Head Brewer Sam Townsend, a two-time gold medalist at the Great American Beer Festival.<\/p>\n<p>The kitchen is centered around shareables, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Detroit-style pizzas. Signature options include smoked elote dip, crispy desert tanglers, smoked pork nachos, jalepeno caesar salads and more.<\/p>\n<p>The grand opening celebration is set for Nov. 8 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/share.google\/NhPs6EVtKLCoR1iKm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">925 N.
