The suspects were wanted for assault with a deadly weapon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.<\/p>\n<p>At least 10 police vehicles trailed behind the white Camry as it weaved through heavily trafficked freeways and surface streets.<\/p>\n<p>The driver led the pursuit on the northbound 110 Freeway, eventually making his way to the westbound 10 Freeway and exiting on Maple Street.<\/p>\n<p>The vehicle ran a red light at the 23rd Street and Broadway Boulevard intersection before pulling up to 24th Street, where dozens of cars were parked for what appeared to be a cruise.<\/p>\n<p>One of the occupants got out of the vehicle and ran towards the crowd, attempting to evade police.
