Revelers at much-anticipated Loop 1604 nightspot Elsewhere Too partied so hard at its Saturday grand opening that the business was forced to close Sunday and Monday to restock.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe partied our hearts out and need a couple days to recover,\u201d Elsewhere\u2019s owners said in a Sunday Instagram post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Saturday, capacity crowds descended on Elsewhere Too, 4531 N. Loop 1604 West, to check out the 6-acre beer garden and dining spot, which features a 52-foot-tall Ferris wheel, a flower tunnel, a hedge maze and a Victorian greenhouse. <\/p>\n

As result of the throngs, Elsewhere Too is briefly closing its doors to restock food and drink items, according to its Instagram post. It will reopen at 4 p.m. Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re taking a short breather to restock the wonder, recharge the starlight, and polish the Ferris wheel halos,\u201d the post said.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere Too is the successor to Elsewhere, a popular downtown nightspot located on the San Antonio River.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Elsewhere owners Terrin Fuhrmann and Nolan Ellis first announced<\/a> plans to open a second location in 2022, with an initial opening planned for late 2023. However, construction delays pushed back the groundbreaking until last year. <\/p>\n

The new location features 30 draft beers and fan-favorite boozy lemonades along with burgers and other pub grub. <\/p>\n

Moving forward \u2014\u00a0and assuming at least a little of the grand-opening luster has dissipated \u2014\u00a0Elsewhere Too will operate 4 p.m.-midnight Monday through Thursday, 2 p.m.-midnight Friday, noon-1 a.m. Saturday and noon-10 p.m. Sundays.\u00a0<\/p>\n
