{"id":282721,"date":"2025-10-06T23:23:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T23:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/282721\/"},"modified":"2025-10-06T23:23:08","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T23:23:08","slug":"westbound-loop-101-on-ramp-in-north-phoenix-closing-for-two-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/282721\/","title":{"rendered":"Westbound Loop 101 on-ramp in north Phoenix closing for two months"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\"><b>PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 Drivers in Deer Valley may need to plan ahead with an upcoming ramp closure starting Monday night. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">The westbound Loop 101 (Agua Fria) freeway on-ramp at 27th Avenue will be closed for two months starting at 11:30 p.m. Monday for reconstruction as part of the freeway widening project west of Interstate 17, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Drivers who normally would use the on-ramp should instead consider entering the freeway at 35th Avenue. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">The westbound on-ramp at 27th Avenue is scheduled to reopen in early December.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Work on the <a href=\"https:\/\/azdot.gov\/projects\/central-district-projects\/loop-101-75th-ave-i-17\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/azdot.gov\/projects\/central-district-projects\/loop-101-75th-ave-i-17\">$140 million project to widen Loop 101<\/a> between I-17 and 75th Avenue began in September 2024 ADOT anticipates to complete the project by spring 2027. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">See a spelling or grammatical error in our story? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azfamily.com\/page\/send-us-your-feedback\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Please click here to report it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Do you have a photo or video of a breaking news story?
