PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 A man and a child are fighting for their lives after a crash in central Phoenix on Monday. <\/p>\n

Around 7 p.m., fire crews responded to reports of a crash involving two pedestrians near 24th Street and Thomas Road<\/a>. <\/p>\n

When fire crews got to the scene, they found an adult man and a young girl suffering from serious injuries. It is unclear if they were pedestrians or in the car. Both of them were taken to the hospital. <\/p>\n

Detectives are on scene to determine what led up to this crash. <\/p>\n
