It&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lacma.org\/event\/night-out-lacma-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Night Out at LACMA<\/a>, a pay-nothing, come-and-savor-good-things to-do that will glow, like a vintage street lamp, at the Miracle Mile museum Oct. 8.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s a Wednesday night. And, honestly, we could stand to sprinkle more Wednesdays onto our social calendars, which are a little light on merry mid-week possibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent DJ tunes, oh-so-autumn-y aura readings, aura photography, and a host of tempting nibbles, including Santa Canela&#8217;s miniature LA-shaped churros are part of the two-hour scene.<\/p>\n<p>And, yes, access to the galleries, where &#8220;Tavares Strachan: The Day Tomorrow Began&#8221; and other acclaimed exhibits are on view.<\/p>\n<p>And nearby by? Chris Burden&#8217;s seminal, shimmerful, super-splendid-ful &#8220;Urban Light,&#8221; an iconic installation made for whimsical fall photos.
