A man was fatally shot in a Bronx laundromat parking lot Tuesday afternoon, police said.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old victim, Fareed Adeyi, was shot multiple times in the chest while he was sitting in his navy blue Volkswagen Passat outside the Laundrybee 24\/7 laundromat around 6:43 near White Plains Road and Rosewood St.<\/a> in Olinville, cops said. EMS transported the victim to Jacobi Hospital, where he died.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was hit in the chest, he was sitting in the driver\u2019s seat,\u201d one witness said.<\/p>\n

The gunman, who was wearing a black hoodie with a floral pattern, fired off four shots and then fled on foot on White Plains Road. He dropped his hoodie before turning the corner, and fleeing west on Rosewood.<\/p>\n

The victim and gunman knew each other, police sources said.<\/p>\n

There was no immediate arrest in the case.<\/p>\n
