The settlement was reached with no admission of liability by Vapor Authority.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cE-cigarette use among youth remains a serious public health and safety concern,\u201d San Diego City Attorney Heather Ferbert said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNicotine is highly addictive, and flavored products are intentionally marketed to appeal to young users.
