Although the \u201cprops\u201d line garnered some groans from the audience, Johnson drew even louder disapproval by adding, \u201cLook, if this deal holds, maybe we should give Trump the Nobel Peace Prize.\u201d<\/p>\n
As the crowd voiced their displeasure, Johnson added, \u201cOr, and you won\u2019t like this either, we let him burn the Epstein files.\u201d<\/p>\n
Between the peace prize and burning the Epstein files, Johnson joked, \u201cHe only gets one, but he gets to pick, all right?\u201d<\/p>\n
Johnson joked further about Trump\u2019s peace deal, saying to Trump, \u201cWhen it comes to peace, you did it… I mean, you also did a big portion of the war, but you did the peace, too.\u201d<\/p>\n
He joked, \u201cIt\u2019s like how white people did slavery in America, but they also ended slavery in America.\u201d <\/p>\n
To white people, he added, \u201cAnd I just want to say thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n
Johnson\u2019s comments came hours before the prize winner is set to be announced by Norwegian committee leader Joergen Watne Frydnes.<\/p>\n
