Office for $78M, Signs Anduril to 190K-SF Lease<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The sublandlord was AI-powered marketing service <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/wunderkind\/\" title=\"Wunderkind\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wunderkind<\/a><\/b>, which had been looking to offload its Financial District office space, the source said. Scale AI will move all of its New York City operations from its current 26,924-square-foot offices at <b>218 West 18th Street<\/b> to its new space at 1WTC early next year.<\/p>\n<p>Scale AI\u2019s new offices will accommodate more than twice the number of seats as its 218 West 18th Street location as the company plans to expand next year, a source said.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/cbre\/\" title=\"CBRE\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBRE<\/a><\/b>\u2019s <b>Eddie Sisca<\/b> and <b>David Opper <\/b>brokered the deal for the tenant, while <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/savills\/\" title=\"Savills\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savills<\/a><\/b>\u2019 <b>Scott Bogetti <\/b>and<b> Will Joumas<\/b> represented the sublandlord along with CBRE\u2019s <b>David Hollander<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Spokespeople for CBRE, Savills, Scale AI and Wunderkind did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/durst-organization\/\" title=\"Durst Organization\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Durst Organization<\/a><\/b> and the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/port-authority-of-new-york-and-new-jersey\/\" title=\"Port Authority of New York and New Jersey\" class=\"company-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Port Authority of New York and New Jersey<\/a><\/b>, the building\u2019s co-owners, declined to comment.<\/p>\n<p>Co-founded in 2016 by <b>Alexandr Wang<\/b> and <b>Lucy Guo<\/b>, Scale AI brought in $870 million in revenue in 2024 and is projected to reach $2 billion this year, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-04-02\/scale-ai-expects-to-more-than-double-sales-to-2-billion-in-2025?embedded-checkout=true\">Bloomberg reported in April<\/a>.
