Between its tax-free IT incentives, multimodal infrastructure investments, and expanding trade relationship with the U.S., the country aims to position itself as a stable, cost-efficient alternative to traditional outsourcing centers like India or the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">\u201cUzbekistan is the new IT hub,\u201d Burkhan said. \u201cWith tax advantages, skilled talent, and strong government partnerships, it\u2019s a prime destination for companies looking to expand globally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">The country\u2019s growing partnership with the U.S. was highlighted during Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev\u2019s September visit to New York, where he and President Donald Trump oversaw more than $10 billion in new trade and investment agreements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">A centerpiece of the visit was Uzbekistan Airways\u2019 purchase of up to 22 <a href=\"https:\/\/investors.boeing.com\/investors\/news\/press-release-details\/2025\/Uzbekistan-Airways-Orders-up-to-22-Boeing-787-Dreamliners-Airlines-Largest-ever-Purchase\/default.aspx\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Boeing 787 Dreamliners;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Boeing 787 Dreamliners<\/a>, the airline\u2019s largest-ever order, valued at over $8 billion.
