PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Family, friends and decades of customers will gather Saturday to say their final goodbyes to the second-generation baker who carried on the 104-year legacy of Termini Brothers Bakery.<\/p>\n

A visitation for Vincent Termini Sr.,<\/a> 86, will take place at St. John Vianney Church in Gladwyne.<\/p>\n

A Mass will follow at 11 a.m.<\/p>\n

Because of space constraints, bakery customers are invited to gather at the family’s shop, “Nonna and Pops” on South 8th Street, South Philadelphia.<\/p>\n

Vincent Termini Sr. loved his customers just as much as they loved him. He had a connection with them and with his employees, whom he often treated like family.<\/p>\n

For many customers and community members, quietly, Termini offered a helping hand when they needed it most.<\/p>\n

The patriarch now leaves a legacy for his children. They vow to continue the traditions that were deepened by a man who made all of Philadelphia feel like family.<\/p>\n
