The new <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/grapevine-colleyville-southlake\/business\/2025\/08\/01\/stone-house-restaurant-in-colleyville-changes-owners-after-6-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">owners<\/a>, Brian Hendershot and his wife, Christy, took over the restaurant Aug. 1.<\/p>\n<p>Pardo and her husband, Paul Pardo, remodeled the house in 2019. The house was originally built in the 1940&#8217;s, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stonehouse-restaurant.com\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Stone House still serves the same food that Chef Andrew Zempke prepares, according to the business&#8217;s website.
