I\u2019m excited,\u201d another added.<\/p>\n<p>Crowds show no fear, just pure excitement for the historic matchup. Longhorn fans are praying for another dominant performance, while Sooner supporters arrive confident, riding a winning streak.<\/p>\n<p>OU fan Kinsey Clark said the energy this season has been electric. \u201cGames back at home get really loud,\u201d Clark said. \u201cThey\u2019ve been packed every single game and people screaming loud on their feet every time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While only one team will walk away with bragging rights, the City of Dallas is already winning.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Dallas Sports Commission, the Red River Rivalry generates an estimated $46.9 million in economic impact, with 90% of hotels booked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s the largest sporting event, largest economic impact we see for a one-day event,\u201d Monica Paul with the Sports Commission said.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors are maximizing their time and opting to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcdfw.com\/news\/local\/dallas-prepares-for-major-traffic-economic-boost-from-red-river-rivalry-weekend\/3930435\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">take Uber or DART to avoid packed parking lots<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Local fairgoer Shaumie B shared her go-to strategy to enjoy the food.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI always bring a to-go tin. Put foil on top, keeps it warm and fresh.
