The Cleveland team will begin play in 2028, the Detroit team in 2029, and the Philadelphia team in 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Who owns the Philadelphia WNBA expansion team?<\/p>\n<p>The Philadelphia WNBA Team will be owned and operated by Harris Blitzer Sports &amp; Entertainment.
