He moved a sign that says Fire Fighter Lane right above the front door, and he can see it as customers arrive. It\u2019s his way of remembering the Richardson firefighters who saved his business. There\u2019s an octopus appetizer and \u201cfaux gras\u201d made with cashews, or there\u2019s a Caesar salad and a grilled chicken sandwich.
