The six members appeared in colorful, casual outfits, exuding fresh, youthful energy and charming visuals.<\/p>\n<p>The magazine spotlighted TWS\u2019s rapid rise since their debut with <strong>\u201cPlot Twist\u201d<\/strong> last year, noting how they quickly captivated fans both in Korea and around the world. NME described the group\u2019s music as \u201cbright and hopeful, offering comfort. Their songs tell simple yet profound stories of growing up, delivered with sincerity and optimism.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a virtual interview with NME, the members opened up about their music and message.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kyungmin<\/strong> shared, \u201cOur music captures the emotions of an immature and uncertain time, but also includes curiosity and the power of positivity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jihoon <\/strong>added, \u201c\u2018Boyhood Pop,\u2019 our signature genre, isn\u2019t just about being bright or refreshing. It\u2019s about telling stories that we, right now, can genuinely relate to. As we keep growing, we\u2019ll be able to express a broader range of emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their close bond as a team was also evident. Leader <strong>Shinyu<\/strong> said, \u201cWe\u2019re sure to face challenges ahead, but I want to learn how to overcome those with strength. The moment we chant our team cheer before a performance is when I feel most like TWS.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>TWS has consistently been highlighted as one of the most promising emerging groups in global music this year. They were the only K-pop boy group included in <strong>\u201cThe NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists for 2025<\/strong>\u201d, and were also selected as Billboard\u2019s K-pop Rookie of the Month for January.<\/p>\n<p>Now, TWS is setting its sights on global expansion powered by their signature \u201cK-freshness\u201d energy. On July 2, the group will release their Japanese debut single<strong> \u201cNice to see you again\u201d<\/strong> (Japanese title: \u306f\u3058\u3081\u307e\u3057\u3066), which captures the sparkling emotions of summer and the thrill of everyday moments.
