President Trump gave an update on his youngest son Barron\u2019s progress at New York University shortly before the first son started his sophomore year at a satellite campus<\/a> in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n

Trump embarked on a golfing outing with his granddaughter, 18-year-old Kai Trump, in late August. During the ride around the course, Kai vlogged their day<\/a> \u2014 and asked the president some burning questions about the White House and his personal life. <\/p>\n

Kai asked how her uncle, Barron Trump, 19, was doing at NYU, mere days before news broke that he would be moving into the White House<\/a> and completing the fall semester at a secondary campus in the nation\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood, he\u2019s doing good. He\u2019s a good boy. He loves you. He said, \u2018Say hello to Kai, dad\u2019,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n

Kai, 18, asked how Barron, 19, is doing at NYU on her much-watched vlog. Kai Trump\/YouTube<\/p>\n

\u201cI said, \u2018Barron, why don\u2019t you come out and watch?\u2019 \u2026 he\u2019s so cute.\u201d<\/p>\n

Barron rarely makes public appearances<\/a> alongside his family and has largely kept to himself<\/a> since beginning his studies at NYU\u2019s Stern School of Business. <\/p>\n

Much of what little is known about the president\u2019s youngest, including his affinity for tennis over golf, is shared by Trump himself. <\/p>\n

Trump has hinted that Barron is more involved behind the scenes<\/a> and helped guide his team\u2019s approach to capturing the youth vote<\/a> through various podcast appearances ahead of the 2024 presidential election<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Barron is starting his sophomore year at NYU\u2019s satellite campus in Washington, DC. ABC<\/p>\n

The first son has been hard at work putting his mettle to the test with new ventures, including launching a luxury real estate company<\/a> in January 2025 and apparently clinching millions of dollars in cryptocurrency<\/a> in June. <\/p>\n

Jake Advent, the president\u2019s former social media manager, recently suggested appointing the business student to TikTok\u2019s board<\/a>. <\/p>\n
