Most of the space is in the lower level below a 746 square-foot ground floor footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Five Iron co-founder and CEO Jared Solomon said, \u201cWe\u2019ve had our sights set on Brooklyn for a long time.\u201d The new one at 25 Kent will be Brooklyn\u2019s largest indoor golf facility, with 13 Trackman simulators powered by multi-camera technology, a 7,000 square-foot gym and luxury locker rooms.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.2657602;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"37363132\" width=\"747\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/five-iron-golf-heading-williamsburg-113218173.jpg\" alt=\"A large brick and glass building with several people walking on the sidewalk and cars parked along the street.\" class=\"wp-image-37363132\"  \/>25 Kent in Williamsburg. Instagram\/Five Iron Golf<\/p>\n<p>Craig Panzirer, leasing director of Eyal Ofer\u2019s Global Holdings Management Group, commented, \u201cBoth brands embody the energy and creativity synonymous with Williamsburg. He said 25 Kent was \u201cmore than an office building where work, wellness and culture intersect.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>CBRE\u2019s Anthony Dattoma repped Five Iron Golf in the lease and a Newmark team repped Global Holdings. The 25 Kent facility will be roughly the same size as the Five Iron Golf outpost that recently signed a lease at 1290 Sixth Ave. in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>The eight-story, 500,000 square-foot building between Kent and Wythe avenues is believed to be Brooklyn\u2019s first ground-up new office project in 40 years.
