The singer hung up during a recent Zoom interview after being asked about his wife Nicole Kidman\u2019s steamy movie scenes.<\/p>\n
When the Grammy winner, 57, called into Mix 102.3\u2019s\u00a0\u201cHayley & Max in the Morning\u201d<\/a> on Tuesday, hosts Hayley Peterson and Max Burford prepped Urban for a \u201cvery tricky \u2026 deeply personal question.\u201d<\/p>\n Keith Urban appeared to end a radio interview over a question about wife Nicole Kidman. Getty Images for Concert For Carolina<\/p>\n Peterson admitted she was \u201cuncomfortable\u201d with the query \u2014 so Burford took over.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat does Keith Urban think when he sees his beautiful wife with beautiful younger men like Zac Efron having these beautiful love scenes on TV?\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n Kidman, notably, co-starred with Efron, 37, in Netflix\u2019s \u201cA Family Affair\u201d last year.<\/p>\n They asked how Urban felt about his partner\u2019s \u201cbeautiful love scenes\u201d in her projects. YouTube \/ Netflix<\/p>\n Urban promptly \u201cdisconnected the Zoom call.\u201d Penske Media via Getty Images<\/p>\n She added, \u201cHe doesn\u2019t like talking about his wife.\u201d<\/p>\n Burford, for his part, asked, \u201cDoes Keith Urban hate us? Do we have beef with Keith Urban?\u201d<\/p>\n Urban\u2019s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n \u201cHis team hung up on us because they didn\u2019t want us to ask that question,\u201d a producer claimed. @nicolekidman\/Instagram<\/p>\n Urban\u2019s rep has yet to comment on the tense moment.
