Please sign me up for the \u201c2022 Restoration Act.\u201d I can volunteer to get signatures for this.<\/p>\n<p>Our mayor and council are wasting money on this trash fiasco and need to be impeached. They are wasting money replacing bins when a sticker could just be slapped on ones still in good shape. Somebody at City Hall thought this trick would fool us into accepting higher trash costs than we voted for in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>San Diego used to have a city manager. But then we voted to adopt a \u201cstrong mayor\u201d policy.
