{"id":300506,"date":"2025-10-13T17:52:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T17:52:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/300506\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T17:52:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T17:52:09","slug":"former-days-of-our-lives-actress-arianne-zucker-settles-lawsuit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/300506\/","title":{"rendered":"Former &#8216;Days Of Our Lives&#8217; Actress Arianne Zucker Settles Lawsuit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/arianne-zucker\/\" id=\"auto-tag_arianne-zucker\" data-tag=\"arianne-zucker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arianne Zucker<\/a> has reportedly settled her 2024 sexual harassment lawsuit against <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/days-of-our-lives\/\" id=\"auto-tag_days-of-our-lives\" data-tag=\"days-of-our-lives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Days Of Our Lives<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/ken-corday\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ken Corday<\/a>, and former director\/executive producer Albert Alarr.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tNo terms were disclosed in the settlement filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/business\/story\/2025-10-12\/days-of-our-lives-star-reaches-settlement-with-producers-over-sexual-harassment-allegations\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Los Angeles Times.<\/a> Last year, a spokesperson for Corday Prods. released this statement: \u201cThe allegations in Ms. Zucker\u2019s lawsuit are without merit.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/corday-productions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Corday Productions<\/a>\u00a0offered to renew Ms. Zucker\u2019s contract including offering her a pay increase. Rejecting Ms. Zucker\u2019s counteroffer does not constitute retaliation.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Complaints about Mr. Alarr\u2019s on-set behavior were promptly investigated. Corday Productions fully cooperated with the impartial investigation\u00a0and subsequently terminated Mr. Alarr.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tAlarr lost his job in August of 2024 after Deadline\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2023\/07\/days-of-our-lives-misconduct-investigation-albert-alarr-1235417732\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revealed<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0DoOL\u00a0veteran had been the subject of an investigation into allegations that included inappropriate comments and touching, including groping and forceful kissing, as well as creating a toxic environment on the show and governing by fear. In her lawsuit, Zucker alleged she was a victim of nonconsensual sexual touching and inappropriate comments by Alarr, like telling her costars during sex scenes that he would \u201clove to switch positions\u201d with them. He also would state that he enjoyed aggressive sex scenes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cAlarr would frequently grab and tightly hug Plaintiff, purposely pushing her breasts onto his chest, while moaning\u00a0\u2018Oh\u00a0Ari!\u2019 Alarr\u2019s unwelcome physical touching made Plaintiff feel offended, uncomfortable, humiliated and intimidated. Indeed,\u00a0on many occasions, Alarr forcefully touched Plaintiff\u00a0without her consent during dry blocking of scenes.
