{"id":300654,"date":"2025-10-13T19:11:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T19:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/300654\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T19:11:12","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T19:11:12","slug":"watch-new-promo-for-jenn-lyon-nbc-comedy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/300654\/","title":{"rendered":"Watch New Promo For Jenn Lyon NBC Comedy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tJenn Lyon\u2019s Courteney Potter is looking for \u201ctumblers and stumblers\u201d in the first trailer for upcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/nbc\/\" id=\"auto-tag_nbc\" data-tag=\"nbc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBC<\/a> comedy <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/stumble\/\" id=\"auto-tag_stumble\" data-tag=\"stumble\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stumble<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe network is premiering the series, which was picked up in May, on November 7.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe trailer begins when Lyon\u2019s Potter was \u201casked to be fired\u201d and finds a new job leading a junior college cheer squad as she attempts to win her record-breaking 15th championship and help some lives along the way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe series, which comes from veteran comedy showrunners Liz and Jeff Astrof, also stars Taran Killam, Ryan Pinkston, Jarrett Austin Brown, Anissa Borrego, Arianna Davis, Taylor Dunbar and Georgie Murphy. Kristin Chenoweth, who guest starred in the pilot, will be recurring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tStumble, which has a mockumentary style, will follow Happy\u2019s Place on Fridays as part of two comedy blocks that the network is airing this fall. Peacock series The Paper, a spinoff of The Office, will get a broadcast run behind St. Denis Medical. The network\u2019s other new comedy for the \u201825\/26 season, The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins, starring Tracy Morgan, will premiere midseason.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cI do think\u00a0Stumble\u00a0is going to be a good companion for\u00a0Happy\u2019s Place\u00a0because, while\u00a0Happy\u2019s\u00a0is a multi cam, and\u00a0Stumble\u00a0is a single-cam, in terms of sensibility, we think that those shows are similar,\u201d said Pearlena Igbokwe, Chairman, Television Studios, NBC Entertainment &amp; Peacock Scripted. \u201cI think that both shows present a co-viewing opportunity for the family.\u201c<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tLiz Astrof and Jeff Astrof executive produce alongside cheerleading coach Monica Aldama, known for her appearance on the Netflix docuseries\u00a0Cheer, and producer Dana Honor through her Defining Eve Productions.
