Angie\u2019s Lobster and Angie\u2019s Prime Grill are a two-in-one restaurant focused on making \u201cluxury foods affordable to everyone,\u201d according to its Phoenix-based founders Tony and Roushan Christofellis. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Customers will find chilled lobster rolls priced at $9.99 and salads and protein bowls that start at $4.99.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In this economy? How?<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The Christofellises started Angie\u2019s Lobster in 2022, the same year inflation hit <a href=\"https:\/\/usafacts.org\/answers\/what-is-the-current-inflation-rate\/country\/united-states\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/usafacts.org\/answers\/what-is-the-current-inflation-rate\/country\/united-states\/\">a 41-year high<\/a>. At the same address in Plano, this restaurant will also sell lobster rolls under a similar name, Angie&#8217;s Lobster.<\/p>\n<p>Courtesy of Angie&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">According to the company, they can do this because they \u201ccontrol the entire supply chain\u201d: They own a wharf in Maine, a processing facility in Maine, a distribution center in Arizona and a chicken processing facility in Arizona. They also own a trucking company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cWe are disrupting the restaurant space by changing who has access to luxury foods like Maine lobster, USDA Prime Steak, premium and organic ingredients, house-made sauces and gourmet foods made without preservatives and additives,\u201d said co-founder Roushan Christofellis in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Beyond Angie\u2019s Lobster and Angie\u2019s Prime Grill, the company operates two more brands: Angie\u2019s Burger and Angie\u2019s Chicken. So far, these two concepts are not part of the expansion into Plano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The drive-through on W. 15th Street in Plano will be Angie\u2019s first Texas location.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The restaurant is named after Tony Christofellis\u2019 late mother, who died of pancreatic cancer in 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Each restaurant menu is concise. At Angie\u2019s Lobster, customers can order a lobster roll, crab roll, shrimp roll or fried cod sandwich. Angie\u2019s Prime Grill offers a series of protein bowls, like Cobb, Greek or Caesar, which can also be made into a salad or a wrap. But last month, its owners announced plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/2025\/09\/19\/salad-and-go-closing-dallas-fort-worth-locations-still-open\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/2025\/09\/19\/salad-and-go-closing-dallas-fort-worth-locations-still-open\/\">close several dozen locations across Texas and Oklahoma<\/a> as it seeks to \u201cstrengthen the brand,\u201d said CEO Mike Tattersfield. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Salad and Go and Angie\u2019s are not affiliated companies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Angie\u2019s drive-through takes over a former Boston Market, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/real-estate\/2021\/09\/24\/what-comes-after-the-mall-plano-kicks-off-1-billion-collin-creek-development\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/real-estate\/2021\/09\/24\/what-comes-after-the-mall-plano-kicks-off-1-billion-collin-creek-development\/\">near Plano\u2019s former Collin Creek Mall<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Next, Angie\u2019s plans to open a restaurant in Little Elm.
